The International Labour Organization (ILO), as part of its "Building Responsible Value Chains in Asia" project, seeks an implementing partner to adapt and develop training materials and visual learning aids on Responsible Business Conduct (RBC) and Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD). The materials are intended for Indian enterprises, including large corporations/OEMs and MSMEs within the automobile and electronics manufacturing sectors. The goal is to create a comprehensive, multi-level training package that integrates existing ILO global resources with India-specific content, case studies, and practical tools.Key Deliverables:Inception Report & Finalized 3-Month Work Plan1 Training Localization Brief2 Sector-Specific RBC-HRDD Orientation Guides (Automobile & Electronics)8 Sector-Specific Case Studies4 Quick Reference Guides (QRGs)8 Self-Assessment Tools10 Visually Engaging Infographics/Posters1 Integrated Training Package & Session Plan Submission Requirements: Interested applicants must submit technical and financial proposals separately.
