Conducting a comprehensive mapping of the electronic manufacturing sector in Tamil Nadu to identify potential members for the Employers Federation of South India (EFSI). The consultant will assess the needs and expectations of these prospective members through surveys and focus group discussions, develop a tailored value proposition, and formulate a detailed membership engagement strategy including an actionable plan with timelines and resource allocation.
