Hence prospective bidders bidding for Sludge need to register as per above rules and provide valid proof for being Authorized party for Sludge disposal by M/s Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board (TNPCB) • Valid Hazardous license under Category 3.1 and 5.1 issued by TNPCB • Valid Air and water consent issued by TNPCB
