Bids are invited through GeM Portal for auction of E-Waste from the authorized and eligible bidders on ‘AS IS WHERE IS’, ‘AS IS WHAT IS’ AND ‘NO COMPLAINT’ Basis. 2. Scope of Work: Details of E-Waste proposed under auction is as follows:- Ser Description Qty Location 1 E-Waste (scrap used items) 01 Lot Material Organisation, Naval Base Karwar, Karnataka 581 308 3. Qualification Criteria: The bidder should submit legible copies of following documents. In case the submitted documents are not legible, the bid cannot be examined, and the bid can be rejected. 3.1 The bidder should have valid GST registration certificate. 3.2 Bidders Valid certificate from the respective Pollution Control Board for disposal of E- Waste. 3.3 Copy of PAN of the bidder. 3.4 Copy of Cancelled Cheque. 4. EMD and Material Payment 4.1 The bidder should submit EMD in the form of DD/PO for an amount of Rs. 3, 90, 000.00 (Rupees Three Lakh Ninety Thousand Only) in the favour of Material Organisation Public Fund Account.
