Auction Detail: The Authority has adopted a two stage selection process (collectively the “Selection Process”) in evaluating the Proposals comprising technical and financial bids to be submitted on-line. In the first stage, a technical evaluation will be carried out. Based on this technical evaluation, a list of short-listed applicants shall be prepared. In the second stage, a financial evaluation will be carried out. The technically qualified Applicant who offers Highest bid (Royalty quoted) over and above reserved price i.e. Rs.1180 per TEU including GST shall be declared as the selected Applicant (the “Selected Applicant”).
