Auction Detail: The National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) is a statutory body of the Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India. It was established in 1963 under the National Cooperative Development Corporation Act, 1962, enacted by Parliament for economic development planning, promoting, and financing cooperative societies in the country. NCDC invites online Forward -Auction bids from the Registered recycler/ re-processor/ collection center/ dismantlers of E-waste, registered with Central Pollution Control Board/ Ministry of Environment and Forests, Government of India or registered with any other State Pollution Control Boards for disposal of E-Waste items (IT items) on “As is where is basis”, for auction of E-waste (unserviceable/obsolete/ condemned or beyond economic repairable) items. The items for disposal have been categorized as follows: Group A: Unserviceable dead stock items (furniture, air conditioners, fans, etc.) – 261 Nos. Group B: Unserviceable IT items (computer hardware, etc.) – 124 Nos. Group C: Petty items (newspapers, magazines, waste paper, etc.) – 4, 476 kg (L.S.) Group D: Electrical items/ scrap (including vehicle parts, etc.) – 2, 780 kg (L.S.) and other electrical items-200 Nos. Interested firms are requested to submit their highest competitive bids through the forward auction process on the GeM portal. The detailed terms and conditions for disposal are indicated at Annexure – I. EMD of ₹10, 000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) in the form of Demand Draft/ Banker’s Cheque in favour of “National Cooperative Development Corporation” and payable at New Delhi, Bids submitted without valid EMD may be rejected. The MSEs firms registered with NSIC/ MSME are exempted from the payment of EMD. Copy of valid certificate must be furnished. The Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject complete or part of any offer without assigning any reason.
