Auction of used Answer books lying at Examination Wing

Auction Detail: The Auction is about used Answer books which are lying at Examination Wing. The Auction Winner will collect the scrap from Examination Wing in presence of University officials. The weight of the same shall be done on Dharam Kanta, to be identified by the University, in presence of University officials. The Auction winner will lift the scrap within 7 days from the time of award of bid. The bidder shall give rate per 1 KG. Total weight will be finalised when the bidder picks up the scrap and shall be done on Dharam kanta. EMD of Rs. 10, 000 should be made favouring Controller of Examinations. The Bidder should submit hard copy of the EMD in Purchase Section, Examination Wing, University of Kashmir alongwith covering letter by the by BID End Date, Those Bidders who do not submit the hard copy of EMD will be disqualified. Bidders who have already submitted EMD against Auction ID : 35633 may upload the soft copy of already submitted EMD. Such bidders need not submit the hard copy of the EMD again. EMD will be forfeited if the H1 fails to pick up the material within stipulated time.
