(1) Details of items: - as per list attached (2) Location of items: - Deep Bhavan, Pandit Nehru Marg, Jamnagar, Pin – 361008 (3) Contact Number of: 6203845329 (4) Terms and condition: (4.01) The items to be Auction is as per the list attached. The items shall be disposed on “as is where is” basis. The items shall be inspected on all working day (i.e. All day except Saturday, Sunday and Holiday) from 11.00 Hrs to 17.00 Hrs. (4.02) The items are available at the address as given in above para 2.0 (4.03) Bidder has to submit an amount of Rs. 26, 800/- ( 5% of Estimated Value) as EMD in the form of Bank Draft of Nationalised bank in favour of The director of Lighthouses and Lightships Jamnagar payable at Jamnagar to participate in the Auction. (4.04) The Amount quoted by the Bidder is Inclusive of GST. (4.05) GST shall be paid by the successful bidder to the concerned authority and challan to be submitted to this office before taking possession of the materials. (4.06) The successful bidder must deposit the quoted amount except GST in the form of demand draft drown in favour of The director of Lighthouses and Lightships Jamnagar payable at jamnagar within 7 days from date of generating the intimation letter in GeM. (4.07) The material is to be removed within 15 days from the date of generating the intimation letter in GeM. Incase The Bidder not remove the material for 30 days or more after generation of Intemation letter, the demurrage charges at the rate of 0.5% of total Auction value will be charged per day. (4.08) All tool, tackles, machinery required for the safe removal and transportation shall be arrange by the successful bidder. (4.09) Any damage to the government property during the removal shall be recovered from the contractor.
