The principle of caveat emptor shall apply.
Bidders are advised to inspect the site/item(s) thoroughly and obtain the e-Treasury payment details in advance before submitting their bids. In the event of any technical issues encountered while making payment to the Seller through the MSTC e-CommerceKerala Government e-Treasury integration, the Buyer shall make the payment in accordance with the procedure specified in Clause 1 below.
All applicable taxes, including FDT, IT and TCS, shall be remitted directly to the Seller after issuance of the Delivery Order. Tax payments through the Kerala Government e-Treasury shall not be accepted.
GST, wherever applicable, shall be deposited under the RCM, and the necessary proof of payment shall be submitted to the Seller.
