Scrap/Inventory inside Store Shed No 1 to 22, Scrap/Inventory inside Store Shed No 1 to 22, Scrap Material lying on the Ground Surface
1. Lifting period : 45 Calendar days.
2. Payment Terms: The successful buyer shall deposit 10% Interest Free Refundable Security deposit within 7 calendar days to MSTC after confirmation of H-1 bidder by NTPC and 100% payment to NTPC within 14 calendar days of release of Payment Instruction Letter (PIL) by MSTC. Interest free refundable security deposit will be refunded only after successful completion of the work and NOC from NTPC Barauni.
3. Note: Bidders have to enter bid against all the lots and then submit the bid in one go through Bid button. There cumulative bid will be shown by the system in the live auction floor. Individual rates quoted by the bidder should be greater than individual start price mentioned against each lot. Further, cumulative bid should also be greater than the current cumulative H1 bid., (Qty: 1 LOT) Dismantling and disposal of Store Shed, Buildings and Boundary Walls, Dismantling and disposal of Store Shed No.1 to 22, Building, Building-A, B & C, Pump House-1 & 2 BTPS(CO2/H2 Storage) & Boundary Wall
