1. Actual quantity may vary +/- 25% from the quantity mentioned in the Auction/delivery order.
2. Delivery has to be taken within 180 days from the date of the delivery order (excluding the date of issue).
3. Transport arrangement of the auctioned material will be under contractors scope.
4 Sale is As is where basis, Clean Sweep Basis, and no Complaint basis.
5. All other terms and conditions as per the auction catalog of M/s MSTC.
6. GST values as applicable at the time of dispatch of the materials will be charged on the scrap value.
7. Safety shoe and safety helmet are mandatory while entering scrap yard for inspection.
7. Only KSPCB/CPCB registered approved buyers having licence for category 33.1 are eligible for participation., (Qty: 30 MT)
