AUCTION NOTICE FOR SALE OF Waste material consisting of wooden pieces, Plastic & Waste Iron/Steel material National Handloom Development Corporation Limited (NHDC), Lucknow invites the interested and eligible parties to participate in the online e-auction of unserviceable, obsolete and damaged articles such as steel, iron, plastic etc. lying at National Handloom Development Corporation Limited's premises at 03/33, 34 Vishwas Khand Gomti Nagar Lucknow “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS” through GeM-Portal.

Auction Detail: National Handloom Development Corporation Limited (NHDC), Lucknow invites the interested and eligible parties to participate in the online e-auction of unserviceable, obsolete and damaged articles such as steel, iron, plastic etc. lying at National Handloom Development Corporation Limited's premises at 03/33, 34 Vishwas Khand Gomti Nagar Lucknow on “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS” through GeM-Portal. Online Bid must be accompanied by an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs.2, 784/- i.e.10% of the reserve minimum price of the auction items amounting to Rs.27, 840/- EMD shall be submitted in the form of DD/FDR/EBG pledged to payable at National Handloom Development Corporation Limited, Noida with validity of 60 days in accordance to GFR-2017 Rule-170 and Rule 219 Clause (C). The scanned copy of EMD should be uploaded on the portal where as the hard copy of EMD must reach to the office of the undersigned before the last date & time of submission of bid, either by post or can be handed-over during office hours on all working days, failing which the auction from submitted by the bidder shall be treated as invalid and the bid shall be rejected. Bidders must have a registered firm and have a valid GST registration No., PAN, Aadhaar/Address Proof, Bank A/c details etc. Any other information can be obtained from (Shri. Nitesh Singh, Manager - 98139 96544) of National Handloom Development Corporation Limited, Varanasi, on any working days upto the last date of submission of bids. Incomplete bids not conforming strictly in the manner prescribed /offer shall not be considered and shall be summarily rejected. The location specified in the Auction cannot be changed at any stage under any circumstances, The offers submitted would be governed by all the terms and conditions as laid down in the prescribed Auction Form in addition to the terms and conditions indicated herein.
