NI CAD BATTERIES, Used Ni-Cd Cell - 714 Nos.

GST - 18%

(i) Buyer shall mandatorily possess and maintain the following valid registrations, certificates, and licences. These are required for Bill of Entry (BOE) and subsequent payment of duty for material lifting: ICEGATE Registration Import Export Code (IEC) Certificate Valid Licence/Authorization from the State Pollution Control Board GST Registration Certificate

(ii) On the basis of Invoice, Buyer shall file the Bill of Entry for the purpose of Custom Assessment/Duty payment through his Custom House Agent or on his own.

(iii) The applicable statutory levies shall be borne by the Buyer. The Buyer shall pay Basic Customs Duty (BCD) @ 10%, Social Welfare Surcharge (SWS) @ 10% on the Basic Customs Duty, Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST) @ 18% and applicable TCS @ 2%. Any other taxes, duties, levies, cess, or statutory charges, if applicable, shall also be borne and paid by the Buyer., (Qty: 714 NO)
