EMD will be forfeited if buyer fails to make payment beyond 14 days from the last date of payment mentioned in sale order
Complete details as per Annexure in lot details for all lots under auction specific terms & conditions (ASTC) and uploaded files
GST = 18%

The H1 bidder will have to pay applicable GST amount to concerned GST authorities under Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM)., (Qty: 1 LOT) FURNITURE, FURNITURE
