(CAPACITY 30 - 50 LTR APPROX.)
As is where is
Minimum quantity that shall be intimated to vendor for installment lifting is:Empty Jerrycans = 1400 Nos.
Lifting Period - Within 20 days from date of issue of installment lifting Delivery Order/ Sale Release Order from GR.
Quantity of auction is estimated quantity. IOCL does not guarantee to place delivery orders/ lot delivery intimation for this quantity. Installment lifting intimation would be given when required minimum amount of scrap is available.
Maximum duration of contract shall be 12 months from date of auction lots acceptance/ STA approval. In case of pending quantity, contract may be extended for another 6 months on mutual consent basis.
In case of mismatch between the special terms and conditions, Annexure X shall prevail, (Qty: 3000 NO)
