2. Successful Bidder shall bear the MSTC service charges of 0.3% of the basic sale value plus applicable taxes. These charges shall be over and above the material value of the sold minerals. By quoting in this auction the bidder agrees to bear these charges which shall be recovered from the bidders pre bid EMD paid to MSTC.
