/ IMP: 1. H1 bidder has to deposit transaction fee of 2% plus GST on material value in favor of MSTC within 7 days of acceptance of the bid. This transaction fee shall be taken by MSTC over and above the 100% material value plus taxes to be paid by H1 bidder in favor of BPCL.

2) Pre-BID EMD Rs. 500000/- shall not be adjusted with Post BID EMD, the same shall be retained with BPCL till completion of the Delivery. H1 buyer is required to submit Post BID EMD (without adjusting Pre-BID EMD) to BPCL directly., (Qty: 2000 MT)
