SPECIAL NOTE: The H1 bidder is require to disfigure all the empty cases at their premises and a certificate on stamp paper of appropriate value regarding disfiguring the empty cases work done needs to be submitted to the seller within 20 days from the date of delivery of the goods.

Note :The Pre-Bid EMD cannot be adjusted against EMD/Balance payment and will be converted into the Security deposit. The Security Deposit amount shall be retained by MSTC/Seller till the H1 bidder submits the said certificate and confirmation from the seller. No interest shall be payable on the retained Security Deposit.
