3.1. Only registered vendors of M/s MSTC Ltd would be allowed with possession &valid M/s MSTC I-card.
3.2. Inspection of all lots will be closed 2 days prior to auction date.
3.3. Timing for inspection of lots is 1000 to 1300 hrs (Monday to Friday excludingclosed holidays). Post 1300 hrs no (R) no vendors would be permitted for survey.
3.4 . Lots will be lifted on As is where is basis.
3.5. Vendors must be in possession/authorised of special certificate of pollutioncontrol and e-Waste to participate in the auction process.
3.6. Required hammering/ cutting/ mutilation for listed security items, in all lots willhave to be carried out by H-1 bidder as per the instructions of specialist officerdetailed by AOC of the Depot., (Qty: 1 LOT) SALVAGE/METALLIC/PLASTIC AND MISC SCRAP ITEMS, SALVAGE/METALLIC/PLASTIC AND MISC SCRAP ITEMS
