The agency must have GST Number. Accordingly, a copy of GST certificate shall be submitted along with the bid. ii. The Agency must submit EMD of Rs 10, 000/- in original in the form of DD/FDR in the name of “Deputy Director General” iii. A self-attested copy of a valid Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility (RVSF) license, issued in the name of the proprietor/owner/firm/company, shall be uploaded on the GeM portal. Agencies holding valid RVSF authorization may also participate in the auction, provided they upload all requisite supporting documents and possess the capability to issue the Vehicle De-registration Certificate in accordance with the auction requirements and applicable statutory provisions. iv. The Agency shall not be blacklisted for which the agency shall submit declaration as per the Annexure-B on their letter head. v. The agency shall submit undertaking to execute the work as per Annexure-C on their letterhead. The documents mentioned at (i), (iii), (iv) and (v) above are required for PQ assessment. Thereafter agency has to submit the EMD mentioned at (ii) above. Note: if the agency is not found eligible as per above eligibility criteria, then their bid shall be rejected outrightly. This office may or May not seek justification on deficient documents. The document to be uploaded should be legible. In case the uploaded documents are illegible, the bid cannot be examined, and the bid will be rejected of that firm.
