1. Only Licensed Recyclers with PCB approval shall participate in the Bid. The valid PCB certificate & original PCB book must be produced before collecting the material2. Buyer has to bring in the appropriate vehicle to load the cables. 3. The quantity mentioned are in approximation only. Weighment of the empty vehicle/container will be taken first and after loading the cables, weighment of the vehicle/container with the cables will be taken. The difference between this two weighment will be taken into account as the sale quantity. The same procedure will be applicable for each and every load on each and every vehicle/container. As such, any refunds towards the paid Sale Value (in case the sale quantity is less than the above indicated quantity) will be made based on the actual weighment to the Buyer through M/s. MSTC. In no case excess quantity other than sale quantiy will be sold.
