BOQ Item Description: Almirah Large Steel With Shelves and Duplicate Keys
DIMENSION Overall size shall be 1985mm high 920mm wide and 485mm deep
DESCRIPTION The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel bases made in U shaped with ends covered Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of the length of 920mm and shall be up to full width of 485mm and shall be 100mm high Top sides bottom and back of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet Four shelves equally spaced of 1mm thick mild steel sheet shall be provided to make five compartments Front shutter shall two leaves of equal size Front shutter leaves shall have three butt hinges of 75mm fixed to each shutter and shall be side hung All joints and welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship
HANDLE One chromium plated steel handle with a locking device shall be provided as shown on drawing.
LOCKING DEVICE The locking device shall be three way locking device and shall also be provided with decorative key plate Make of Lock Harrison Godrej
FINISH All steel surfaces exposed to view shall be painted powder coated pretreated with epoxy polyster powder coating grey or dual colour or as approved by CWE GE 70micron by 7 tank process and oven dried extrnally with the following specification
a Dry Film Thickness more than 45 Micro
b Salt Spry Test to with stand more than 1000 hours
c Adhesion as per DIN 53152 standard.
d Pencil Scratch hardness more than 2H
