Acrylic sheet (Scratch Resistant), precision cutting, fitment on locomotive windows of various sizes using Gaskets and Industrial Grade Sealant. Includes all labor and site measurements. As per Specific ations (Acrylic Sheet) 1. Acrylic Quality: Thickness 5 mm, 100% Virgin Grade Methyl Methacrylate, UV stabil ized, and treated for high impact resistance to prevent shattering from trackside projectiles. 2. Surface Fini sh: Hard-coated Premium finish to ensure high transparency and resistance to abrasive cleaning. 3. Gasket: Weather-proof rubber, Sealant: Heavy-duty, neutral-cure silicone sealant providing a vibration-dampening, water-tight bond. 4. Workmanship: Fitment will be executed to a tolerance of ?1mm to ensure a perfect sea t in the loco window frames. 5. Durability: Materials are designed to withstand extreme thermal expansion/ contraction without losing seal integrity. NOTE:- Material to be supplied and installation to be done within s even days of generation of Purchase Order. Sample of 1 Sqft. Acrylic sheet must be approved before bulk s upply.
