BOQ Item Description: All Inclusive Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract, AICMC of following Capacity Celling mounted air cooled ductable air conditioning unit with high and low side equipments, ducting etc on all days including Sundays and holidays including supply and replacement of all defective components as and when required by company sealed items and the same is to be arranged by Contractor. All the materials required for replacement in above mentioned Air Conditioning Plant including tools shall be in the scope of the agency and any cost involves in repair of equipment shall be borne by agency.
