(a) The Chandigarh Transport Undertaking (CTU), Chandigarh is having shops/rooms at Inter State Bus Terminus, Sector-43, Chandigarh and intends to allot these Shops on monthly rental/ licence basis plus GST extra (as applicable) for a period of 06 (Six) years for the facilities to the General Public, on the terms and conditions as mentioned herein. (b) Chandigarh Transport Undertaking (CTU) invites bids from a Scheduled commercial/Payment bank/Cooperative/Small Finance/Regional Rural through e-Auction on GeM Portal for the allotment of these Shops as per Annexure-A attached. (c) The premises will be handed over to successful bidder on “As is, where is” basis as such. The prospective bidders to inspect the premises during office hours on any working day by contacting Station Supervisor (Mobile No. 8360801282), ISBT-43 and Care Taker (Bus Stand), CTU, Chandigarh before participation.
