Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from The Lilongwe City Council, Civic Offices, off Robert Mugabe Crescent, City Centre and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below (6a) from 09:00 hours to 12:00 hours and from 14:00 hours to 16:00 hours during working days.
4. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from the address below (6 b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K10, 000.00 to the cashier at FDH Bank Service Centre located at Civic Offices and bidding documents shall be collected at the procurement Unit of Lilongwe City Council Civic Offices, Room No. 308. The method of payment will be cash or bank certified cheques only.
