A complete set of bidding documents shall be obtained from Awash Bank located at Awash Towers/right side/12th-floor Marketing and Communication Directorate, (Monday to Friday 8:00 am-12:00 pm, 1:00 pm-4:30 pm) and Saturday 8:00 am-12:00 pm), upon presentation of a copy of renewed trade license.

The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond amount of birr 50, 000 (fifty thousand) either in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Cashier Payment Order (CPO)

Financial, CPO, and technical proposals shall be provided in a separate envelope.

Bid Opening will be held at the office of Marketing and Communication Directorate Awash Tower 12 floor right side.
