1 Taking dow n and removing ceilings: Suspended ceilings, including all hangers, tecs, cornices, etc. 247.00 2 m
2 Sealing of all existing roofs and flashing: Scaffolding to the external face of double storey building. 9.00 m
3 Replace damaged or missing Т-Section to suspended ceiling with new Т-Section to match existing. 492.00 m2
4 Replace damaged or missing ceiling panel with new' 12.5mm gypsum vinyl covered fissured plasterboard ceiling board size 600x1200mm. 247.00 m2
