Tenders are invited for Realization of a 400 KV Line in Double Drab and Double Beams, with a Length of around 96 Km Chemaia –Laawamer: Sidi Bennour-Laawamer Section.

1. THE NATIONAL OFFICE FOR ELECTRICITY AND DRINKING WATER (ONEE ) received a loan from the African Development Bank (ADB) to cover the cost of the Development Program for Electricity and Transmission Networks electrification, and intends to allocate part of the proceeds of this loan to payments relating to markets for the strengthening of the Center network -

CASABLANCA.

3. THE NATIONAL OFFICE FOR ELECTRICITY AND DRINKING WATER - ELECTRICITY BRANCH (ONEE-BE), invites, by the present Call for tenders, the tenderers admitted to participate in presenting their offers under closed envelope, for the construction of 400 and 225 kV lines to reinforce the Center - CASABLANCA network, divided into four lots defined as follows:

This Invitation to Tender consists of four lots and will be the subject of four turnkey, separate and independent contracts as follows:

Lot n ° 4: 400kV CHEMAIA –LAAWAMER line: SIDI BENNOUR-LAAWAMER section

• Realization of a 400 kV line in double drab and double beams, with a length of around 96 km CHEMAIA –LAAWAMER: SIDI BENNOUR-LAAWAMER section

The overall time for completion of lot N ° 4 is: twenty-four (24) months,

The estimate of the cost of works (supplies and services) object of this lot n ° 4 amounts to Two Hundred Ten

Eight Millions Five Hundred Thousand (218, 500, 000.00) of Moroccan Dirhams excluding VAT.

The completion times for the above lots are not cumulative.

The International Tender will be conducted in accordance with the Bank`s Rules and Procedures for the procurement of goods and works .

7. The Invitation to Tender consists of:

- All additional studies;

- The supply of conductive cables and its accessories.

- The supply of optical fiber guard cables (OPGW), and its accessories

- The supply of composite insulators;

- The supply of accessories for insulator chains;

- The supply of stockbridges;

- Civil engineering works;

- Assembly, assembly and unwinding work;

- Assembly, assembly, painting of pylons and unwinding of the conductor cable, guard cable and OPGW cable.

- Transport and installation of ONEE-BE supply material .

8. The deadline for submitting tenders, initially set for Wednesday March 18, 2020, then April 08, 2020 and May 20, 2020 at 9:00 am (Moroccan Time), is postponed to Wednesday June 24, 2020 at 9:00 am (Moroccan Time).

9. Tenders must be submitted to the address indicated above and must be accompanied by a tender guarantee of an amount at least equal to :
