A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidder from the Enterprise's Head Office Room No.608 upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 200.00 (two Hundred Birr). Bids in a sealed envelope shall be submitted in a box prepared for this purpose in Room No.608 at the
Enterprise's Head Office or maybe sent by registered mail to “Ethiopian Petroleum Supply Enterprise P.O. Box 3375 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia” so as to reach not later November 19, 2021 at 14:00 hours local time. Bids directly received by fax, E-mail or cable shall be rejected.
The bids received shall be opened on November 19, 2021 at 14:00 hour local time at the conference hall of the Enterprise in the presence of interested bidders or their duly authorized representatives. The Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reasons hereof.
