Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Consultancy Services for Socio-Economic Impact Assessment Study for Ruacana Power Station, Associated Infrastructure and Eha Lodge.

1. NamPower hereby invites registered, reputable and competent consultants to
submit technical and financial proposals for consultancy services required under
Provision of Consultancy Services for Socio-Economic Impact
Assessment Study for Ruacana Power Station, associated infrastructure
and Eha Lodge.
2. A prospective bidder will be selected under the Least Cost and Acceptable
Quality Selection Method and procedures as defined in this Request for
Proposal, in accordance with the Policies and Procedures as provided for in the
Public Procurement Act of 2015.
3. The purpose of this assignment is to: The purpose of this assignment is to conduct
Socio-Economic Impact Assessment Study for Ruacana Power Station,
associated infrastructure and Eha Lodge. NamPower intends to apply for an
Environmental Clearance Certificate as per the Environmental Management Act no 7
of 2007 and 2012 Regulations.
