Prequalifications are invited for Painting, Plumbing Carpentry and Fittings Works including Renovations of Buildings.
Mandatory requirements for the Suppliers are:
1. Certified copy of Business Registration certificate
2. Physical and postal address and all other relevant contact details
3. Summarized company profile
4. List of at least 3 most recent major contracts or assignments with full contact details of referees
5. Suppliers of Veterinary products (Ref. O6A) are expected to enclose copies of licenses or certificates from national regulatory authorities in their application packages
6. Should be tax compliant and registered with the Malawi Revenue Authority (Copy of TPIN, VAT Reg. Certificate and WHT Exemption Certificate).
7. Copy of recently audited accounts
Complete Expression of Interest (Eol) application documents in sealed envelopes clearly labeled “Pre-Qualification of Suppliers and Service Providers for FY 2020/2021 with the Category and Ref.
