Expression of Interest are invited for Office and IT/Communication Equipment (Photocopier, Scanners, Inverter, Digital Camera, Generator, Routers, Servers, UPS, Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Toners, Fax Machine, Led Screen, Tablets, PCs and Accessories, Projectors, Cell Phones).
The interested suppliers and service providers may obtain the Supplier Registration Form, free of charge, from the World Food Programme Country Office in Lilongwe, or WFP Sub-Office in Blantyre, office hours from Monday to Friday. The form should be completed and returned to the World Food Programme offices by 4th March 2019 at 5 Pm in sealed envelope’ containing the following documents:
• Copies of legal Registration documents and evidence of latest Tax/VAT clearance
• Company Profile-General information about the firm and its product/services
• Letter of reference from at least three clients to whom your company has provided goods/services over the past twelve months
• Prospective suppliers shall have a minimum of three years' experience as an established business
• The last two years audited accounts
Note: The World Food Programme reserves the right to register or reject any of the applying establishments in its roster without further explanation. Suppliers already on roster and working with WFP don NOT need to apply.
