International Procurement Competition for Consulting Services: Technical assistance to the Ministry of Public Enterprises on the monitoring and supervision of commercial public enterprises.

This tender for consulting services will be guided by the October 2019 version of the “Procurement Guidelines for AFD-Financed Contracts in Foreign Countries” (refer to the homepage of AFD: https://www.afd.fr/en).
