Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date and time shall not be accepted.

5. Sealed bids marked as "Digital Marketing Service" original and copy in separate envelopes marked as Technical Proposal and Financial Proposals in one big envelop must be delivered in person specified above and submitted in the box prepared for this purpose on or before March 29, 2024, at 3:00 PM
