1. The African Union Commission would like to engage the services of a Consulting firm for Conducting Consultancy Services to Construct and Update the Pan African Investment Promotion Network Website. The Commission therefore invites eligible firms to submit proposals as per the attached Solicitation Document.

3. Consultants are required to submit Technical Proposal: one (1) original and three (3) copies; (b) Financial Proposal: one (1) original. The TECHNICAL and FINANCIAL offers must be delivered in TWO SEPARATE envelopes enclosed in an OUTER to the address below and the assignment title and
reference number should be stated in the envelop.
