Tenders are invited for Construction, Supply, Erection, Installation, Commissioning, and Testing of Steel Structural Factory Shade, and Quartz Slab/Engineered Stone Manufacturing Plant Anrs near Sekota, Ethiopia
1.1. Steel Structural Factory Shade:
Dimensions: 36mm (Width) x 120m (Length), Gutter Height: 9m

Features include a Central column, overhead cranes, and a 120 m-long shade.

Overhead Cranes: Four cranes, each with a 5-ton capacity

Additional Requirements:
Lightning arrestor, roof monitor, grounding strips, service airline, firefighting lines, etc.

Special Considerations: the shade is subjected and accommodates a 500f press machine from one corner, a water circulation system, and a thermal clave tunnel emitting 50°C.

Supply, Erection, Installation, Commissioning, Testing, and Warranty should be included.

1.2. Quartz Slab/Engineered Stone Manufacturing Plant:
Capacity: Production of 1000 m2 slabs, 25mm average max thickness, final product size 2m x 1m.

Materials: 95% local quartz/silica sand, 5% imported (resin, binders, colors, etc.)

Location: 3km from Sekota town, Ethiopia (Coordinates: 12.595952, 39.016704)

Altitude: 2338m above sea level

Raw Material Proximity: Approximately 1km from the factory site

Existing Construction: Foundation with 6m span columns, two expansion pads, and 120m length shade

Utilities: Electric power (950kW) requested, water drilled onsite (Coordinates: 0501952 E, 1391795 N, Altitude: 2438m)

Raw Material Processing should be included: Cleaning, sorting, washing, sizing, and drying required.

Supply, Erection, Installation, Commissioning, Testing, and warranty should be included.

4. All tender documents must be submitted to Sekota Ceramic Products & Fire Bricks Factory PLC along with a bid security (bid bond) in acceptable forms CPO only specified in the bidding data sheet amounting to 2% of the bid offer, on separate envelopes. The bid security shall be valid for 30 consecutive days beyond the end of the validity period of the bid.
