Description: The Financial Infrastructure Practice group of IFC-s (IFC-FIG) works to improve credit infrastructures in Sub-Saharan Africa in order to enhance access to finance for individuals, and Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and businesses that are normally constrained, by providing timely, high-quality advice and strategic direction on issues such as credit reporting and modern secured transactions frameworks, through Advisory Services - to ensure high-impact delivery to clients. This Terms of Reference relates to the procurement of a specialist consultant to undertake an alternative data landscaping report that identifies the data sources, legal, regulatory, and operational impediments, opportunities, and recommendations of integrating of alternative data in the CIS mechanism in Kenya.
