Tenders are invited for Advisory Services for the Implementation of a Government Data Centre
Period of assignment: (36 months intermittent)
The Consultant will Work in Close Collaboration with the Departments of Egovernment to Facilitate the Development and the Roll out of the Data Centre.

Specifically, this Exercise Aims at Building a Whole-of-Government Data Centre as a Service (Dcaas) of at Least Tier Iii Level as Mentioned above as a Shared Infrastructure with Necessary Capacity to Support Long Term Mdas Needs. The Dcaas should have a Noc, Automation Tools and, Also Allows Mdas to Integrate Their Own Tools. It should Provide a 99.999% Network and Facility Uptime and it should Use an N+1 Infrastructure. Apart from the Connectivity to the Gwan the Data Centre should have a Direct Link to the Malawi Internet Exchange (Mix).
