3. Qualification requirements include valid Income Tax and NIS Compliance Certificates, List of Similar Projects, List of Equipment available for the Project. If the Bid is from a firm/company, a copy of the business registration must be attached.

4. The Works have been divided into Lots; bidders can bid for one (1) or all Lots.

5. Sealed Bids must be delivered to The Secretary to the Tender Board ,

Guyana Power 8 Light, 91 Duke Street, Kingston, Georgetown on or before 14:00 hrs on Thursday, October 27, 2016.

6. Bid opening is schedule for 14:30hrs on Thursday, October 27, 2016 in GPI'S Board Room, 91 Duke Street, Kingston in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose to attend in person.

7. MPORTANT: Bidders downloading the bid document are advised to forward a registration email stating the following: Name of bidder, Address, Contact No and Email address. The above details will be used to inform bidders of any amendments to the bidding document and also to forward all responses to queries.
