A complete set of bidding documents in English may be downloads from NDRI website. or may be collected from Assnt. Admn Officer (Procurement Cell) NDRI, KARNAL on submission of written request on payment of Rs. 1000/- by crossed Demand Draft (Non-refundable) for each schedule DD drawn on a scheduled commercial Bank in India in favor of "ICAR UNIT, NDRI, KARNAL" payable at Karnal. The Tender Fees & EMD are essentially required from all the bidders. In case the Tender Fee and EMD is not submitted by the bidders, their bid will not be considered and will be treated as rejected. However, for NSIC firms, please see Point-19.2 at Page-18 of Tender Document.

Tenderers shall ensure that their tenders complete in all respects, are dropped in the tender box on or before the dosing date and time, failing which the tenders will be treated as late and rejected. In the event of any of the below mentioned dated being declared as a holiday, the tenders will be opened on the next working day at the appointed time. The tender enquiry documents are not transferable.
