The BANQUE DE L'HABITAT intends to launch a National Competitive Bidding to carry out a mission to study and implement a plan for the continuity of these activities.

This outer envelope must contain, under penalty of nullity:

1. The administrative documents referred to in point 1 of Article 12 of the specifications, including the provisional bank guarantee amounting to one thousand five hundred dinars (ISM).

2. A first internal envelope bearing the name of the tenderer, bearing the words 'Envelope A - Technical tender'. It must contain the documents referred to in point 2 of item 2 of Article 12 of the specification.

3. A second inner envelope bearing, besides the name of the tenderer, the words Envelope B - Financial offer. It must contain parts 131 and B2 as specified in point 3 of Article 12 of the specification.

Scanned copies of documents requested in original forms or copies in conformity with the originals shall not be accepted.

La BANQUE DE L'HABITAT se propose de lancer un Appel d'Offres National pour realiser une mission d'atude et de mise en place d'un plan de continuite de ces activites.

Les representants des Soda& specialisees qui desirent participer au present appel d'offres, doivent se presenter au Secretariat permanent de la commission des marches publics de la Banque de ], munis de leur carte d'identite nationale et du cachet de la societe represent& pour retirer le cahier des charges y afferent, contre la fourniture d'un recu justifiant le versement en espece de la somme non recuperable de soixante dinars (604) au compte courant bancaire n° 14 207 207 3567000014 35 ouvert sur les livres de l'agence internationale de la BH sise a I'espace de Tunis, 1073 Montplaisir Tunis

Its offres dont la validite exig& est de 90 jours a compter du lendemain de la date limite fixee pour la reception des offres, doivent etre envoyees par voie postale, en recommand& ou par rapid-poste, ou remises directernent, contre recepisse au bureau d'ordre central (B.O.C) de la BH au nom de Monsieur le Directeur General de la Banque de ('Habitat — Bureau d'Ordre Central :18, Avenue Mohamed V, 1080Tunis.

Elles doivent etre presentees conformement a Particle 12 du cahier des charges comme suit :

Cette enveloppe exterieure dolt renfermer sous peine de null ite :

1. Les pieces administratives designees au point 1 a Palinea II de ]'article 12 du cahier des charges y compris la caution bancaire provisoire dont le montant est fixe a mille cinq cent dinars (ISM).

2. Une premiere enveloppe interieure term& portant, outre le nom du soumissionnaire, la mention « Enveloppe A — Offre technique ». Elle dolt contenir les pieces designees au point 2 a l'alinea II de ]'article 12 du cahier des charges.

3. Une deuxieme enveloppe interieure term& portant , outre le nom du soumissionnaire, la mention Enveloppe B — Offre financiere ». Elle dolt contenir les pieces 131 et B2 designees au point 3 a Pal in& 11 de Particle 12 du cahier des charges.
