• The Bid shall be valid for ninety (90) days as of the day of opening envelopes.

• The Performance bond shall be 10% from the total contract price in form of letter of bank guarantee endorsed by one of the banks registered and operating in the state Qatar

• PHCC has the right to increase or decrease the scope of work/ items/ services during the contract duration after the approval for tender committee.

• Proposals shall be submitted signed and stamped with the company stamp, in separate securely sealed envelopes and addressed to the chairman of the tender committee and to be submitted in PHCC Tender Committee Secretary of Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC), 1st Floor, Room No. 108, PHCC HQ, Suhaim Bin Hamad St., Opposite Al-Ahli Bank.
