The services under this assignment will generally include:

Rwanda Red Cross (hereinafter called “Client”) with support of Belgian Red Cross (BRC) through its Budget intends to apply a portion of the funds to payments under the contracts to Provision of MHM Kit materials to Rwanda Red Cross

Bid security (Frw) : 100,000

The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payment under the contract for which these Bidding Documents are issued.

Rwanda Red Cross invites qualified bidders to submit their bids for provision of MHM Kit materials to Rwanda Red Cross as mentioned in the above table.

Tender documents in English may be obtained on any working day at Rwanda Red Cross Head Quarters Kacyiru opposite to Utexrwa at logistic office- from Monday to Thursday at 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday at 08:00 AM to Noon, upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwanda Francs (10,000 Rwf) for each tender document to Account No 0000404-01-33-CRR/SG opened at I&M Bank. The bank slip must bear the name of the bidder, the number and the title of the tender.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies (One original and other two copies). All must be submitted in sealed envelopes containing the market name and the consignment to the General Secretariat office of Rwanda Red Cross not later than 04/04/2017 at 09:00 am. Late bids will be rejected. The opening of bids will take place the same day same at 10:00 am in Rwanda Red Cross meeting hall in the presence of the bidders or their representatives. The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and tender number.
