The National Water Commission invites tenders from suitably qualified entities to provide Call Management Services for a Contract period of 3 years. Selection procedures will be restricted to companies which are currently registered with the National Contracts Commission (NCC) as suppliers of goods and services to the Government of Jamaica, in the category of General Services (specializing in Call Centre Services), and have a valid Tax Compliance Certificate at the time of bid submission

Bids shall be appropriately marked on the outside of the envelope: “Tender for the Procurement of Call Management Services”

The National Water Commission is not obliged to accept the lowest priced bid or any tender
