A new solution programmed to assist public sector clients, develop strategies and procure products and services is the latest expansion by DLT Solutions to its cloud portfolio on Wednesday.

Being the Federal Government integrator DLT Solutions has served years educating government clients about cloud computing’s capabilities; the recent expansion is the next step towards assisting government agencies and departments applying cloud strategies and services.

The main aim with DLT Cloud Navigator is to assist the Federal Agencies to develop a real applicable cloud strategy says Rick Marcotte, President and CEO of DLT.

Procurement support for several federal government contract vehicles are some of the basic features of the DLT’s Cloud Navigator, it even consists various products and services from leading vendors such as Red Hat, Amazon, Oracle and other DLT Partners. Pay-as-you-go billing, newly managed services offering, architectural support are the latest features.

After the April launch of DLT’s CODEvolved, a private platform-as-a-service offering that unites Red Hat OpenShift Enterprise software with Amazon Web Services and is designed to provide clients a cloud environment for application development, testing, and hosting. DLT’s Cloud Navigator enters the market, to meet up the growing demand in cloud, regardless of the recent decline in federal government IT spending.
