• Any bidder debarred due to any offense right above or even its successor must not be eligible to participate in the procurement process of any procuring entity for not more than 3 years from the date of debarment. 

• The Procuring Entity can debar a bidder and its successor from participating in the procurement process for not more than 2 years in case the bidder has breached the code of integrity. The Ministry/Department maintains such a list and showcases it on its website.  

• Up to the value of ₹25,000, authorities can purchase goods only on each occasion without inviting quotations using the certificate to be recorded by the competent authority.
