However, the balance part shall be paid from AMRUT / State Government internalal accruals.

International Competitive Biddng will be conducted in accordance with "Single Stage"- two envelope system Bidding Procedure of KfW and State Government.

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Superintending Engineer (Contracts & Monitoring), Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board (CMWSSB), No.1, Pumping Station Road, Chintadripet, Chennai 600 002.

A complete set of the Tender Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from 10.11.2016 to 18.01.2017 from the office of Grievances Redressal and Information Officer, Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply &Sewerage Board (CMWSSB), No.1, Pumping Station Road, Chintadripet, Chennai 600 002 on the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of INR 100,000.00 plus VAT 5%.

Alternatively, a complete set of Tender Documents may be downloaded from the Employer's website and from the tender’s portal of Govt. of Tamilnadu website by interested Bidders. The applicants shall directly deposit the non-refundable document fee of INR 100,000.00 plus VAT 5% before the pre-bid meeting and to furnish the copy of the cash payment receipt (Challan) along with the bid. This amount may be paid in the form of Demand Draft/ Pay Order / Banker's cheque drawn from a Nationalized / Scheduled Bank in favour of CMWSSB or in the cash counter of CMWSSB.

The bidder shall) carry the original copy of deposit slip as a proof of deposit for document fee at the time of attending the pre bid meeting.

Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 3.00 PM on 19.01.2017 and must be accompanied by a Tender Security of INR Nine Crore Ten Lac Only (INR 9,10,00,000) in the form of Bank Guarantee / Demand Draft / Banker's Cheque / Pay Order from Nationalized Bank / Scheduled Bank in India / Foreign Bank having its Branch in Chennai.
