Tender documents:

I) The registration certificate of the company issued by the appropriate authority in the country of registration and authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Baghdad.

2) Previous experience and qualification,

3) Document of the registration of the Iraqi companies issued from the registrar of companies by the Ministry of Trade with valid quittance of liability from the General Commission for taxes.

4) Authorization letter to the representative of campany who purchase the tender.

5) Certificate of quittance issued by the retirement and social insurance department in the ministry of Labor and Social Affairs if the company is Iraqi.

6) Bidder shall be either a manufacturer or one of its legally certified entity,

7)The origin of the receipt for the purchase of the Tender Documents.

8) The bidder who will be awarded this tender shall bear the advertisement cost which should be paid by the contractor before signature of the contract.

Envelope (2) containing: The technical offer and Time schedule.

Envelope (3) containing: The non-priced commercial offer.

Envelope (5) containing: The Preliminary Deposit (6 000)USS (Six thousand USDoliar) (It shall be in the {dm of guarantee or Ambassejh or check issued by a Bank in Iraq in separate sealed envelope with Request No. and name of company on it), is The Company is unobliged to accept the lowest price.
