Nasser Al-Muhannadi, Director of the Department of Finance at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and one of the graduates of the course, thanked HE Dr. Ali bin Fattis Al-Marri, the Attorney-General and the Center for the Rule of Law and Anti-Corruption for the training course which dealt with an important issue, the laws regulating tenders, auctions and government procurement.

He explained that during the session they were acquainted with the laws governing tenders, auctions and government purchases as well as the laws that criminalize damage to public money and the stages of conducting tenders and auctions.
